Better Packaging, Same Good Food

Growing food the sustainable way has always been at the heart of what we do, and now that thinking reaches all the way to how we package it. Our salad greens and other packaged produce are now packed in compostable clamshell containers!

They keep your greens just as crisp and protected as before, and when you're done, they can go right back to the earth instead of the landfill. It's the same idea we live by out in the fields. Between seasons we feed our soil with cover crops and compost, turning yesterday's plant material into next year's harvest. Now our packaging gets to do a little of that same work.

Caring for the land shouldn't stop at the edge of the field. It should follow the food all the way to your table. Good food and better choices, all the way down to healthier soil. 🌱
