Fabulous Fennel!!!
One of FarmHer Liz's favorite veggies. They are super huge, beautiful & tasty this year. Growing the spring crop in a high tunnel sure seems to be the key to glorious heads of fennel. There are tons of other great veggies in this week's CSA shares. Despite the onset of the first real summer heat, your farmers are transplanting, weeding, seeding in the greenhouse, harvesting and moving forward with daily farm tasks.
