1 bunch kale (Lacinato or Dinosaur are the best) (The more leaves, the more chips you will have)
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste (I like to use a nice sea salt or kosher salt)
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Rinse and dry the kale well. Tear or cut into large pieces and toss the kale with olive oil in a bowl. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Place baking sheet on a rack to cool. Serve and enjoy!
