Well, the rain has brought transplanting and direct seeding to a screeching halt. The joys of spring! The onions, leeks, raddishes, lettuce, greens mix, carrots and many other things I got in last week are certainly enjoying the wet weather but there are still hundreds of transplants that need to go in the ground. Looks like it may be a week or more before that happens. So, I'm taking advantage of the wet weather to get some much needed barn projects accomplished. I'll post pictures as I progress!
FarmHer Liz & Crew are taking a few weeks off. We're tackling projects and transplanting our first spring crops. We'll be back open in March for online ordering and you can also find us every Saturday at the Columbia Farmers Market!
