Brussels sprouts are by far the most challenging crop that we grow here at Happy Hollow Farm. They take a very long time from seeding in the greenhouse to transplanting out in the field, to topping the plants in the fall and finally 130 or so days later the sprouts are ready to harvest. That's over 4 months of caring for these delicious fall treats. We are thrilled to offer a fabulous harvest this year, just in time for Thanksgiving!
