Mix the ground beef, oregano, mint, parsley, garlic, green or red pepper, lemon or black pepper, salt, cheese, and lemon juice together in a large bowl, blending in the cheese until no large crumbles remain.
Using a 2-ounce scoop (1/8 cup) to measure, roll into 16 balls and place on a large baking pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the outside of the meatballs brown and the center is cooked through.
Once cooked add any pasta sauce you like and serve over risotto or other pasta.
