The amazingly vibrant colors that can be found in the veggies we grow here at HHF never cease to amaze me! These stunning Amethyst radishes are beautiful and sooo delicious. I enjoyed them for lunch today, sliced thin on a baguette from Uprise bakery, smeared with a bit of butter and dusted with salt.
There is no better spring snack! Delicious & so beautiful all at the same time.
