Ingredients:
2 cups winter squash
3/4 cup honey
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Beat first group of ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix second group (dry ingredients) in seperate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to moist mixture. Pour in lightly greased 11x17 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25-30 min. (this recipe adapted from original recipe in "Simply in Season")
